These states may enforce stricter rules around certain product forms, shipping logistics, or retail compliance, but still permit the sale and shipment of Farm Bill-compliant inhalable products such as vapes or dabs. We created Zone 2 to allow access to our inhalable offerings in regions where they are legally permitted, while remaining compliant with all active legislation. All products offered in Zone 2 meet the highest legal and quality standards for Farm Bill compliance, including the requirement that they contain no more than 0.3% total Δ⁹-THC.
