What is Zone 3?
Zone 3 includes states where all Farm Bill-compliant hemp products are permitted—edibles, flower, vapes, and concentrates—provided they remain under the 0.3% total Δ⁹-THC limit. These states allow a broad range of compliant products to be sold and shipped, with minimal additional restrictions outside of standard age and labeling requirements.
We created Zone 3 to support full access to our complete product line in states with legal clarity and reliable logistics for shipping all Farm Bill-compliant categories. These states represent some of the most hemp-friendly regions in the country, allowing customers to enjoy a wide selection of products with confidence and transparency.
