2Checkout might be very slow to load

3Remove us from your spam
If you’re missing shipping updates, make sure to remove Oil & Eve and Shippo from your spam or junk inbox. UPS tracking emails are sent through these systems—if they’re filtered out, you won’t receive delivery updates. Be sure to mark both as safe senders to stay in the loop.
4Your phone number matters, a lot!
If you use a VoIP number like Google Voice, you may not receive critical texts or tracking links. Use a real mobile carrier to stay updated.
5Can I pick-up?
Yes! We now have a pickup locker in Piedmont Park! Select "same-day locker" at checkout. The locker is accessible 24/7.
6What happens if my package is lost?
If your mailed-order is valued over $100, it is automatically insured, and we’ll do our best to help recover your loss through a claim or reshipment when possible. However, by shopping with us, you acknowledge that all sales are final, and we are not obligated to issue refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please also be aware that shipping sensitive products like fresh press and melt comes with natural risks—fresh press may nucleate, melt may grease up, and packages may be delayed, lost, or stolen. We’ll support you as best we can within the limits of our policies and insurance coverage.
7Why can I only pay Peer to Peer?
Traditional payment processors charge up to 15% in fees once you include banks, merchant platforms, and taxes. On top of that, payments can be reversed as fraud, even when no fraud occurred—leaving us to cover the loss directly from our own accounts. To protect ourselves from chargebacks and avoid the 7-day holds many processors place on high-risk industries, we use peer-to-peer (P2P) payment methods. This allows us to verify payment instantly and ship your order without delay, while keeping costs fair and service fast.

Why We Accept Only Peer-to-Peer Payments

To keep our service fast, safe, and affordable, we only accept peer-to-peer payments instead of credit cards. High rates of credit card fraud, attempts from underage users, and the steep transfer fees charged by credit brokers all slow things down and drive up costs. Banks often require us to hold orders for 7–14 days when credit cards are involved, but peer-to-peer payments let us skip those holds—so your order can ship right away.
