What to know

1Your phone number matters, a lot!
If you use a VoIP number like Google Voice, you may not receive critical texts or tracking links. Use a real mobile carrier to stay updated.
2Watch for a text message
You’ll get a tracking link by text—your order could arrive in as little as 5 to 30 minutes, so keep an eye on your phone!
3Your driver doesn't know
Couriers are third-party carriers permitted to transport CBD under the Farm Bill and local law. They’re not affiliated with the seller and don’t know what’s in the package.
4You will need to give the driver a pin
You’ll receive a text with a tracking link—click it to retrieve your delivery PIN. Share that PIN with the driver to receive your package.
5Don't take packages without your name
By using the Oil & Eve platform, you agree not to accept any package that is not addressed to you. If it is discovered through the courier or internal tracking that you have taken another client’s package—intentionally or by accident—you will be permanently banned from the platform. Oil & Eve will not issue a refund, and any pending or future orders will not be fulfilled.
6How do I get support?
